Simply go to the "Track my order" section with your tracking number, or with your name and order number.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Very often our emails arrive directly in your spam . You automatically receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is validated, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so please email us immediately at contact@clawsindustries.com if a change needs to be made. If we can catch it in time, we can update your order! If your change wasn't picked up in time, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item for exchange or refund.
Our parts are manufactured within 24 to 48 working hours , depending on the type of product and the volume of orders.
Once made, your order is carefully prepared, packed in personalized packaging and then shipped within 6 to 10 working days .
